Every Year we welcome assistants to live, work and participate in the life of our community. What distinguishes L’Arche is its focus on building meaningful relationships of friendships and mutual support among the assistants and our members with developmental disabilities. Assistants experience their own personal and professional growth as they share daily life with other community members in our homes and day programs.
